Play-making running back Chris Johnson has finally received his big contract(was due to make $1 million, shameful) and will finally suit up for the Tennessee Titans as the season kicks off next Sunday! CJ signed a four year extension worth $53 million with $30 million guaranteed.  Johnson has to now get to practice as a new offense is in place as the Titans have a new head coach, Mike Munchak and new offensive coordinator Chris Palmer who will have a different system than the one CJ is used too.  The real question now is “What shape is Chris Johnson in?”  As well as  “How long is it going to take for him to learn the system?”  Fantasy football drafters are on pins and needles to find out the answers to these questions.  Chris Johnson rushed for over 2,000 yards two years ago, and 1,364 yards last year. He also scored 34 touchdowns on the ground in his short three year career thus far.  Many other NFL players are excited about the “Playmaker” being back in uniform.  Especially Adrian Peterson who is regarded by many as the top runningback in the NFL, and also in the last year of his contract.  Viking management are shaking their heads right now as they know they will have to empty the bank to keep their cyborg running back.  Chris Johnson has now set the bar high with his new contract, and with all of his new found money lets just hope that CJ fixes his teeth first!

"I'm hot Bo"

  1. Neo-Theone says:

Now let’s go get a minor injury so you can sit because you haven’t played any football. Then next time maybe they will pay you when they are suppose to. Look at all hold outs , they get hurt , other than quarter back because there not getting hit like that.

    • My thing is its a new offense that he has to learn, that’s why they were like come to practice and you don’t have to suit up, just sit in the meetings. All new terminology to learn. And the injury man I don’t wish that upon no one, but he needs to holla at Michael Turner

  2. Neo-Theone says:

Nah I don’t wish it on him , but I hate when they wait till the last minute to pay someone what you were going to pay them anyway. I feel that’s the organization getting there just do back. I would love for
Him to go out there and kill it. Just look at the pass situations , I don’t think it’s going to happen. Although he seems to be cut from different cloth , I guess we have to wait and see. Ad far as the terminology for him is not going to be that much. He running , the passing game term is what’s hard to grasp. You never hear backs talkin about learning term its just the QB’s and wide outs ….

  3. Noles suck says:

They can throw it to Kenny Britt. He will be one of the best WR’s in the league on the days he isn’t drunk
